Our goal is to help locals overcome drug and alcohol dependencies, alleviating related issues in South Tyneside's families, workplaces, and communities. Our approach prioritizes individual recovery and positive outcomes through partnerships with health, mental health, social care, and justice agencies, as well as voluntary and community sector services.

In a welcoming corner, the knitting group gathers for a delightful time of creativity and connection. NAAFI Break is a drop-in service run by veterans for veterans. The aims of the service is to enable veterans and ex-service men and women to meet, socialise, network and get information about support available in South Tyneside. This includes anyone who needs transitional support.
NAAFI Break is working to make sure that ex-armed forces personnel get the support they need at the right time. All serving, reservists, veterans and family members are welcome to come along.

Chat & Craft
